Velocity AI Systems, or just Velocity, is a business whose goal is to ensure that businesses stay up to speed with technology. Specifically AI.
AI technology is rapidly evolving and it’s hard to keep up. We know that business owners don’t have the time or mental capacity to keep up to date in this ecosystem. Our systems are made to ensure that business owners spend their time running and growing their business, not keeping a pulse on the next AI model release.

Our team has years of experience architecting and integrating technology for businesses from our families’ small businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the globe. Our passion comes from seeing how technology can genuinely relieve the burden of an overwhelmed owner, operator, or employee.

We think that the true ends of technology should be to create more space for humans to be human - whatever their respective role may be.
Though we see AI as a valuable tool, we do not think that it should replace anything that requires a human touch. Our systems are made to automate the mundane, optimize the inefficient, and simplify the complex. They are not made to remove humanity from the process. We take a principled stance in prioritizing the human experience and allowing these tools to help people become more available to the things that bring them life.
The vision, at its peak, is this:
Scenario 1:
after a long day on the job, a father has to pop open his laptop to log notes, expenses, answer emails, etc. It takes him an hour. Now he gets home at 6:30pm, just in time to spend an hour with his family before the kids go to sleep.
Scenario 2:
after a long day on the job, a father hops in his truck and starts driving home. As he is doing that, he speaks a voice memo into his phone detailing all the things he needs done. His AI systems handle it flawlessly. He is home at 5:30 and gets more time spent with his family.
If our systems can accomplish this vision, then we are doing our jobs.
